10 Evelyn, nestled a stone’s throw away from the heart of Orchard, is a boutique development with a village-like scale and ambience that embodies lush, quiet luxury. The logo is crafted with an accentuated and elongated numeral ‘10’ to symbolise elevated living. The printed catalogue and website were designed to create a seamless experience for its user, employing the use of breathing space, scale and contrast in layout.
